I was worried because I saw reviews saying the director hits you with hard facts and is extremely T, but they explained everything calmly, in detail, and kindly! They analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of my current face and explained how they would design my nose to compensate for the weaknesses. Looking at reviews, I thought their style was a dramatic line, but after seeing my facial harmony, they said a natural-glamorous look would suit me better. So it seems like they don’t copy and paste, but design things prettily to suit each patient’s face.
