They said ptosis correction would probably be needed and recommended incision + ptosis correction. They recommended lowering the line, saying that for eyes with wrinkles, the line has to be lowered from the existing line so it won’t become sausage-like when incised. I don’t think my line is on the high side, and since they said the fixation would go in strongly and the wrinkles would be smoothed out, I don’t think it’s a height that would become sausage-like. I want an in-out line, but if it’s lowered, I think it’ll become an inner double eyelid. It’s my first surgery and I said incision felt burdensome, so they roughly drew an outline once and that was it. I had said I wanted to match the lines because the two sides are uneven, but I think the direction is different, so I probably won’t get it done here. The consultant was kind.
