Please help, those who have had medial epicanthoplasty, fat grafting to the upper eyelids, or under-eye fat grafting…

I’ve had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method twice. But both times it came undone, so I’m trying to get revision surgery, and the clinic where I had it done said ptosis correction is dangerous so they can’t do it. They said they’d refund me and told me to look for another clinic,,, When I first had the consultation, they said my eye-opening strength was weak and I didn’t have fat in my upper eyelids, so if I did an incisional method I’d end up with eyes like Park Myung-soo, so I did the buried suture method, but it keeps coming undone Back then, all my friends had it done at this clinic, so I thought it would go well and went without even looking into other clinics,,, But now that I’m going around to other clinics for revision surgery, they all recommend ptosis correction. And for medial epicanthoplasty, some clinics recommend it and some don’t. For upper eyelid fat grafting too, some clinics say I absolutely should do it, and some say that if I get ptosis correction, the sunken eyes will improve a bit, so I don’t necessarily need it. My eyes aren’t that severely sunken,, I’m conflicted. For medial epicanthoplasty, you know the part at the inner corner where eye discharge gathers? The red part shows a lot, so they said if I do medial epicanthoplasty, that red part will show a lot and I shouldn’t do it, but another clinic said it would be okay. Has anyone had a similar experience to me? Would it be better to get medial epicanthoplasty? What if I do it for no reason and only end up with scars on my eyes, and the red part shows a lot and looks gross? And I heard some people can’t fully close their eyes when sleeping after ptosis correction. Is it a dangerous surgery? I read that if too much is injected at first, the under-eye area can become bumpy, so they divide it into smaller amounts, do the first injection, check the engraftment rate, and then do second and third injections so the fat doesn’t sink and can survive for a long time,, For the upper eyelids, if you do it together with ptosis correction, they put the fat into the fat pocket when doing the double eyelid surgery, so if it’s done during the incision, it’s easier than injecting fat into the eye area with a syringe, and the fat doesn’t disappear as easily.
