I went for a nose surgery consultation, and when I asked if I could see in advance with photos or something what my nose shape would look like after surgery, the doctor raised their voice and said, did a doctor really have to do even that? In the end, they took a photo and showed me a Photoshop mock-up, but the Photoshop work was so rough that the photo got distorted, and they said it would look like that, which made me not trust it.
And when I asked for an explanation of the specific surgical technique, they explained it in a way I couldn't understand, and when I asked again, they got upset and asked if they hadn't already said it. I was flustered. I speak softly and didn't make unreasonable demands or speak aggressively, but they kept getting angry, so I couldn't understand.
They also suggested a surgical method that several other hospitals hadn't recommended, and the surgery fee was quoted at the 6 million won range. Since this was my first surgery, and I had visited many hospitals that were said to be expensive because price wasn't an issue, most were in the 3 to 4 million won range, so I felt uneasy and didn't go back.
The facilities looked spacious and comfortable. It seems like a hospital that makes a lot of money.
