I had a high bridge and a bulbous nose, and about two months ago I had surgery on the nose tip and the between-the-eyebrows area. There were many reviews saying the design would be set naturally and people would say, 'You lost weight?', but I was shocked when I just heard at work that I looked like I'd lost weight, so I came here to write a review. I also fixed a deviated septum at the same time, and there are no side effects. The inside and outside of my nose, including the incision area, are clean now. Maybe because they handled the tissue as minimally as possible during surgery, I had little bruising and swelling, so recovery was fast. Honestly, before the swelling went down, I thought it was ruined (lol), but after about two months the line is pretty and natural. I really like it. The director isn't the type to kindly explain the surgical method in detail, but I trusted the experience and just checked the procedure before going ahead. After visiting several places for consultations, the content was mostly similar, and in the end I thought I'd go with the place where the director had a long career or where I liked the before-and-after photos, and that ended up being Sehyun. Aftercare is fine, and the staff were kind. Maybe because I had a high bridge, the design is straight. The nose tip is extended long, and it gives a slight Sae-yeji nose vibe. They used mesh, but I went to Sehyun planning not to open my nose again, so I wasn't that worried. The price is steep lol Even without inserting an implant, it cost about as much as a revision surgery. Still, I don't regret it. I recommend it to people like me who naturally have a somewhat large and glamorous nose, and to people who want safe, natural-looking surgery.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
