I prefer a natural look, but this was so natural it was practically invisible... When I was anxious before surgery and asked whether we could go with a procedure without silicone, they got irritated, which was an embarrassing memory for me.. Even after the surgery, when I contacted them saying I was anxious and wanted it removed, the staff seemed annoyed too.. The shape is no different from before, so I have nothing to say.
