Even with a reservation, the waiting time is longer than expected. But during the surgery-related consultation, instead of giving a subjective opinion like, “I think it’s like this,” they looked at the CT scans or photos and explained based on objective data, saying, “This is like this because of this,” so it felt trustworthy. When I visited after scheduling the surgery, they took extremely close care of me. They didn’t allow me any time to be alone. When checking or reporting on the postoperative progress, they didn’t just say, “You’re okay, right?” Instead, they looked at everything in detail one by one and said things like, “This area is in this condition, so you’ll be comfortable, and this is in this state, but it’s still swelling because this area is like this.” I liked that I didn’t have to worry anxiously without knowing what was going on.
