Neither the consultant nor the director was particularly kind. If anything, the desk staff and nurses were kinder. But it seemed like they didn’t even confirm the patient’s identity. When wiping off the numbing cream, they said to me, “You’re Ms. 000, right?” (another patient’s name).. It was dizzying to think that if I hadn’t asked, they might have injected the filler according to that person’s plan. I’m satisfied with the procedure itself.. It was good value for money.
