After surgery, my nasal septum became severely deviated, so in the end I had revision surgery at another hospital. I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time, but I wasn't satisfied, and the osteotomy area felt uneven too. I realized that just because it's a large hospital doesn't mean everything will be satisfying, and I think it's best to choose a hospital only after looking into it thoroughly.
