My nasal bridge was very low, so I went for a consultation for nose surgery, and I thought the head director had a good aesthetic sense They designed it while drawing my nose line, and they caught exactly the feeling I wanted and designed it well, which was nice They also seemed to handle columella scars well so they wouldn’t show, so it was one of the clinics I thought was okay When I asked what would happen if cartilage showed through my thin skin, they said I didn’t need to worry because dermis could be overlaid Since my nose is really low and I said I wanted to raise it high, the director recommended using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage all together They also seemed good because they provide scar care well as part of aftercare, so I recommend going for a consultation at least once
