They said that since I had already had an incision once for a semi-out line, it would be difficult to change it to an in-out line. Looking at the eye surgery reviews, it seemed like they had a preferred eye shape, so I considered surgery, but they seemed better at buried suture rather than incision. The consultant had pride in the director, and rather than explaining the surgical method, they said they would do incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty.
