The consultation was explained professionally and clearly, and it felt like he looked at the entire face. At other places, they recommended a forehead lift and under-eye fat grafting, but he said my eyes are sunken and protruding, and while saying wouldn’t it look even stranger, he looked at the whole face. But when I showed him the face shape I wanted (a shorter midface feeling) and said it looked pretty, he asked what was pretty about that face. I said a triangular shape looks pretty, and then he snapped, “Then isn’t that something where you need surgery on the eyes, nose, and mouth?” so I was surprised.
