I heard they’re famous for eyes, so I booked the first slot and went, but maybe because the hospital system was changing or because of some kind of work, it was chaotic, so my first impression wasn’t good. Even though it was the first slot, there was quite a wait. I had a consultation with the consultant, then with the director. During the director’s consultation, they examined me more thoroughly and in more detail than other clinics (subtle eye asymmetry, differences in eye-opening strength, etc.), but the director looked so busy, including leaving during the consultation to take a phone call, that to me it felt less trustworthy, so I left without putting down a deposit.
