It was such a well-known place by word of mouth, so I went for a consultation. I really liked the consultation with the director itself. It wasn’t just, “I’ll make you pretty,” but he explained professionally what the problem with my nose was, how to fix it, and how that repair would be done. Thankfully, he even did a virtual simulation for me. However, maybe it was just my assigned manager, but she knew less than I did, rambled on, and seemed overly excited, which made me feel strongly uncomfortable, so I took it off my final list. This was the first time I felt uncomfortable enough to exclude a place because of the manager consultation
