The director places importance on facial harmony. Maybe because my nose bridge was so low, I think he made it as high as possible, but it didn't become a flashy nose. It's natural. But I really, really, really like the line, and the before-and-after difference is clear Before surgery, I showed the director the kind of nose I wanted, and he made a nose that suits me perfectly with a similar feel. It's so pretty, I love it so much I didn't want the nasal tip to droop, so I used autologous costal cartilage, and maybe because the director handles rib cartilage well, I don't have any rib pain either. They say if rib cartilage is inserted too thickly, it can be hard to breathe, but as soon as the cotton was removed, I had no problem breathing! The director's consultation was also extremely thorough, he kept telling me to ask anything I was curious about, and he was incredibly kind. Even if I had to have revision surgery again, I would go to Director Lee Jin-hwa.
