They were kind and professional. It wasn't like they talked in circles; it felt like they clearly scratched the itch about the parts I was curious or anxious about.. I was anxious because if you don't do functional nose surgery, they don't do a CT scan during the consultation, but luckily they touched my nose a few times and examined it carefully from different angles.
