I went for a consultation because I wanted to get lower blepharoplasty for my mom after seeing an advertisement on another platform. There were many reviews and many people said they chose it, so I had expectations, but as soon as I walked in, it was honestly really bad. The staff at the counter were chatting among themselves, and the consultant came in and consulted with soulless eyes. I don't know if it was a lack of professionalism or a lack of will.. The director did not feel that kind either, and it felt like they just said what they had to say and left.
