It wasn’t that the consultant was unfriendly, but it felt like they had no emotion..? The director was the same: they answered questions well, but rather than being warm and friendly, they had a chic style like in the reviews. I was drawn in because the cost was low, but in many ways it wasn’t a clinic that really pulled me in, so I left without making an appointment.
