Those who had removal,,,,

It’s been two and a half months now,, My nose is still high. It was Gore-Tex, so there’s no capsule either,, I’m hoping that whether this is scar tissue or whatever, it just doesn’t get lower.. After a little more time passes, I’m planning to put some fat only in the nasal tip,, Why didn’t I just do fat grafting earlier, and why did I have my nose cut open,, Among those who had removal, about the pinched nose look, In my case, I basically had no nasal tip at all before, and the pinched look remained, so the shape actually became prettier. Maybe-nim said that after removal, it becomes a shape between before and after surgery,,, I feel like mine is kind of like that. If this later returns more and loosens... I think the sense of loss will be huge,,, After removal, my nose did become much lower, but the shape stayed the same, so I didn’t feel a big sense of loss,, Does the pinched look return? If it returns, how long does it take??
