Pros: the director’s aesthetic sense (all the post-op nose photos shown during the consultation were pretty), and I liked that he seemed confident in his own skills and surgery Cons: expensive price even though it was a primary surgery. Another thing was that they said if they opened the nose during surgery and there wasn’t enough septal cartilage, they would use donated costal cartilage, and I didn’t like that uncertainty. It’s my nose, so I think I should know exactly what material will be used in the surgery
