They explain functional nose surgery well. The consultant spent a long time answering everything I was curious about and was kind, so I liked that. They also made good recommendations in a way that helped me feel reassured, so I am thinking about whether to do it here. The doctor also explains things objectively and well, seeming indifferent but kind.
