I went in thinking specifically about cheekbones, and they explained exactly what parts would improve. They said the part around the jaw couldn't be improved cosmetically, and I understood that before moving forward. I was satisfied once all the swelling went down. Now that 2 years have passed, there is slight sagging, but that's partly because genetically my front cheek area tends to sag a bit, so I'm still living satisfied so far.
