Was it about 3 years ago?? I got a consultation back then, so my memory is a bit hazy, but first of all, they were famous for noses at the time, so I went for a consultation..! Rather than saying the desk staff were kind, it seemed like they had too much work and were exhausted, so their expressions were dry, and they were just so-so. The wait time was really long ㅠ I think I waited almost over an hour! But they said they would do it in a way that suited my needs well, so that was fine, though I don't really know how it is now ㅠㅠ
