There were many reviews that looked like the design I wanted, so I went for my first nose consultation. Among them, I specifically requested a director who has been getting a lot of requests lately and whose reviews matched my style. Since the hospital is large, I was honestly a little worried about the consultation, but once I actually went in, the director was really quick to catch the design and feel I wanted and the shape I hoped to get, so without realizing it I got a little excited(?) and listened to the consultation without noticing the time pass. It might also be because this is my first surgery, but during the consultation I even thought I just wanted to hurry up and get rhinoplasty already. It’s not that I want an extremely flashy nose, but to achieve durability and draw out the exact shape I want in detail, they recommended costal cartilage. However, since it’s my first surgery, they said donated costal cartilage would be sufficient and didn’t recommend autologous costal cartilage, so it didn’t seem like there was overtreatment.
