5 years ago, I just had a slight buried-suture double eyelid procedure. It was a revision surgery~ It turned out naturally well~! I wanted medial epicanthoplasty too, but they didn’t recommend it, so I only had the buried-suture procedure. I recommend it if you want a natural look. I don’t think it’s a dramatic style. The only thing I’m a bit disappointed about is that as time has passed.. I wonder if I should have also done ptosis correction back then, so I have a little regret? about that.
