Hello. It has been 2 months since I received 2 facial contouring procedures (cheekbones, square jaw) + autologous bone paranasal augmentation, mini lifting, and fat grafting under the eyes and to the forehead at 345, so I’m thinking of leaving a review. My cheekbones were prominent and my jaw was also a bit angular, so while I was looking for a place to have facial contouring surgery, I found out about 345 Plastic Surgery through an acquaintance’s recommendation. I looked up reviews of 345 Plastic Surgery on an internet cafe I often use and on plastic surgery apps, and overall the reviews were not bad. Also, the director had a lot of experience, there was an anesthesiology specialist, and I liked the safety systems such as CCTV, so I chose this place without much hesitation. To start with the conclusion, now that it has been 1 month since surgery and I’m in my 2nd month, I have no regret at all about the choice I made. Even though a little residual swelling still remains, when I touch my face, I can feel that the cheekbones that used to protrude have gone in with a smooth shape, and I can see that the angular jaw area has become more feminine and softer. Also, my skin elasticity had dropped a lot because of frequent laser treatments, and the nasolabial fold area had sagged a lot, so to improve this area, I also had paranasal augmentation using an autologous bone graft and mini lifting together, and I was quite satisfied with those results too. Now the major swelling has gone down, and it seems the nerves have all returned to normal, so I’m going about daily life without any particular discomfort, and chewing is no problem either. I have been diligently and consistently managing with the compression band from the first day of surgery until now. After surgery, when I tell people around me first that I had surgery, even though my face still has residual swelling, they say my face has become much slimmer and softer, and that I did well to have it done, so it’s all compliments and I feel really proud. Before surgery, every time I looked in the mirror, I was stressed and my self-esteem kept dropping because of the prominent cheekbones, distinct nasolabial folds, and angular jaw that were visible. But now, every time I look in the mirror, my satisfaction is the highest. I’m already this satisfied with my current appearance even though residual swelling remains, and I’m so excited that the swelling will go down even more from here. I really think I did well deciding to have surgery at 345.
