If you're confident you can live your whole life treating your nose with extreme care, then get nose surgery. 2) Opinion: get nose surgery If you're thinking about plastic surgery, I recommend doing the nose first. If you do the eyes and nose, the eye shape you originally wanted at first won't be the same. Because just getting the nose done changes the impression of the eyes.
