I've had Ultherapy here twice, but I'm honestly not sure that I feel there is a definite effect. I haven't done it elsewhere, so it's hard to compare- I also had liposuction surgery here before, and I keep going because I feel comfortable there. But it is expensive. They also keep raising the prices..
