I had my first double eyelid surgery with natural adhesion, and now 7 years have passed. The line is currently faint and has loosened a little. I went for consultations for revision surgery before it completely comes undone. According to the consultations, they said natural adhesion can be done again along the original line. But there was also a doctor who recommended incision because it would come undone again within a few years. Another answer was to do natural adhesion now, and then if it loosens as I get older, switch to incision. Which is right? I do like a natural look, but people also say double eyelid surgery eventually ends with incision, so I’m unsure. What would be okay?
이메일 Incision just has a lower chance of coming undone than buried suture, but it can still come undone. Keep that in mind when choosing.
이만타 My first surgery was incision, but it came undone. If natural adhesion is possible, I recommend natural adhesion.
스리키 If your eyes and eyebrows aren’t close together, wouldn’t incision be okay?
noy3 [@Srikey] The space between my eyes and eyebrows is a little on the close sideㅠㅠ So they said I should proceed with either incision or natural adhesion exactly along my current line, without raising the line.
헤르미옹 For a natural look, it’s tying it, after all... How about looking for a clinic that does incision naturally?
내눈은어 My eyes and eyebrows are close too, and at one clinic they said that if I did incision on eyes like mine, the fixation would be strong and it would look artificial.

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
