Day 9 after nose surgery.. I’m feeling suicidal urges,,

I had surgery for nasal osteotomy, a hump, the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip, and they used 2 mm silicone and septal cartilage. Today I had the splint and tape all removed, and my nose is completely asymmetrical. My nose is totally bent to one side, and one nostril looks sharp, while the other side is lying down.... After it was removed, I asked the director why my nose was so uneven, and he said my nose had originally been crooked. My nose had been crooked to the left. Even then, only very slightly, subtly.... After the surgery, now it’s crooked to the right. Feeling depressed, I ran straight to my friend’s house, and as soon as my friend saw me, they said it was ruined. Even if my nose was crooked, as the director said, wouldn’t it be normal for it to be crooked toward the left, where it was originally crooked? After surgery, why is it severely crooked to the opposite side.... The area where the osteotomy was done is smooth and well done on the left, but on the right, it wasn’t shaved down enough. So the right side of my nose is blunter and bigger. The director just said that if I come back in a week, he’ll show me photos of my original nose, and then left. Out of frustration, I spoke tearfully to the consultant manager who had counseled me, and she told me not to believe the director’s words 100 percent. Could there be anything more absurd than that? She’s telling me not to trust the person I entrusted my nose to. Then who am I supposed to trust? Since the swelling hasn’t gone down yet, wouldn’t it be the right thing for the surgeon to say that it may be okay once it subsides?
