After surgery, why is it severely crooked to the opposite side.... The area where the osteotomy was done is smooth and well done on the left, but on the right, it wasn’t shaved down enough. So the right side of my nose is blunter and bigger. The director just said that if I come back in a week, he’ll show me photos of my original nose, and then left.
