Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

For natural-looking male eyes, it’s here

I had double eyelid surgery a few years ago, but as time passed, the line gradually came undone and the asymmetry between my eyes got worse, so I was stressed every time I looked in the mirror As you can see in the before photo, on one side, the fat above the eye had been lost, so the line was set very large, making the eye look messier, and it was hard to open my eyes wide Before surgery, my eyes were just small, and I had never heard anyone criticize my impression, but as the double eyelid surgery came undone, I heard that I looked tired and even got asked if I was angry. In photos, it looked like my eyes were barely open too, so it bothered me a lot I went for consultations at a total of three hospitals that were recommended as good for revision eye surgery. Many people say private clinics are better for revision surgery, and I heard Iho is a hospital that performs surgery only around the eyes, so I decided to have surgery there During the consultation, the director said that with incisional revision surgery, my eyes definitely needed ptosis correction, and recommended doing lateral and lower canthoplasty together for the open, refreshed look I wanted. There were some surgeries I was hearing about for the first time, but I liked that they explained one by one how my eyes would change with surgery. I had incisional revision surgery + lateral/lower canthoplasty + ptosis correction together! Right after surgery, of course there was swelling and bruising. Since it was incisional, I thought it would take a bit longer, but recovery was faster than I expected. After about 2-3 weeks, most of the bruising was gone, and by around one month, I could go out without much burden. From the time the stitches were removed, the swelling definitely seemed to go down steadily The biggest change is the strength when opening my eyes! Before, I used a lot of forehead strength when opening my eyes, but if I relaxed and opened them normally, without exaggeration, I looked dull and unfocused like in the pre-op photo. After ptosis correction, the director personally taught me how to open my eyes using only the eyes, and I liked that they even told me the method and said I had to keep practicing at home. I didn’t like looking weak and droopy, so I practiced a lot lol Now, even when I open them comfortably, my field of vision is wide open and my eyes look defined. Ptosis correction really feels like a whole new world. The line doesn’t look artificial, but it also isn’t faint, so my satisfaction is high. They also corrected almost all of the asymmetry, and the messy-looking line disappeared too I hadn’t thought about lateral/lower canthoplasty, but after getting it together, my eyes look more open overall and feel less stuffy than before. I think recovery for the canthoplasty took a little longer than for the double eyelids. I heard that if it goes wrong, a ㄷ-shaped scar can form, but I don’t have anything like that, and it looks natural! I really, really think I did well to do it again. People around me also say it looks much better now lol
