Six years ago, I had double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and a partial incision. But the operating room nurses were really extremely unfriendly, so I still remember feeling upset. A week after the surgery, I went to have the stitches removed, but once I lay down, the nurse looked and said, “Oh, it looks like the doctor didn’t put in stitches.” There actually weren’t any stitches. I don’t know if it’s possible not to use stitches in the first place, but it was a bit strange that there was no explanation and no record of it. As for the result, the double eyelids came out very natural, and I can’t even really tell whether I had ptosis correction. My eyes still look sleepy... I was also told later that I should get a forehead lift. I’m not extremely satisfied, but I’m not dissatisfied either. In the end, I did get prettier, and if I don’t say I had double eyelid surgery, nobody knows.
