My only concern was really my arms, but as you’ll know if you look it up, they say it’s impossible to lose fat from only one specific area through exercise.. If you want to lose upper-arm fat, they say you have to diet overall, but I’m satisfied with every other area, and I was never the type with a lot of fat to begin with, so I just more or less lived by covering it with clothes lol Then a slim acquaintance of mine got LAMS on her upper arms, and the line looked so pretty that I started debating whether I should do it too.. I think I worried even more because I’d never had any kind of procedure before. And of course I looked up side effects first, but people said the biggest side effect was simply it not being effective lololol. Obviously it’s not a procedure with absolutely no risk, but still, that reassured me a bit They say they don’t recommend getting any procedure in summer, but it’s not like liposuction where you have to wear a compression garment, and I heard recovery is faster than expected, so I figured it’d be better to just do it instead of spending time agonizing over it, and went for it (but if it’s not truly urgent, don’t do it in the peak of summerㅜ when the bruising is bad you can’t wear short sleeves, so it’s hot…) When I had my body-shape consultation, they said there was no need to do the accessory breast area, and recommended arms + back bulge, so I decided to do that The procedure pain was really about a 6-7 It took over 3 hours Rather than painful, I think “strange” is the right word They did right side -> left side, and the right side hurt more!! Once I got used to that strange feeling, the left arm didn’t hurt much, I think The clinic said that after LAMS, losing even a little weight makes the effect better, so I’m dieting hard to reach my target weight… Since light cardio is essential anyway to reduce swelling, I’m just turning my brain off and using the stepper every night before bed (They also told me to drink a lot of water, so I don’t even know how many times a day I go to the bathroom) Today is exactly day 15, and compared with when the bruising was really severe, the bruising is going down, but I still have quite a bit of swelling (especially near the elbows), and pain + lumpiness when I touch it!! But they say this varies by person… I usually swell easily lol It hurts a bit if someone grabs me hard, and even when I’m still, it feels itchy/tingly! Honestly, since it’s already been 2 weeks and I still had pain, I wondered if something was wrong, so I searched tons of reviews, but most people said it was like that, so I felt relieved lololol And stretching really seems essential Maybe because I did the back bulge area too, when I lift my arms up and fold them back, it pulls and hurts a little, but doing it often definitely increases my range of motion Aftercare is once a week, so I’ve had it twice, and it was a mesofat injection; it didn’t hurt. But that also caused a big bruise.. I think I’m just someone who bruises easily My arm circumference, as of the 2nd aftercare session, is 28.2 cm -> 27 cm, so it already decreased by 1.2 cm Even though I still have a lot of swelling, it’s already this much, so after a few months it’ll get even thinner… right? Please I have an office job, so it doesn’t interfere with work at all, but riding the packed subway is a little scary I think time is the answer…!! I’m planning to use this chance to keep up with aftercare and diet hard hehe
