Review of PerForm nose filler from 10 years ago

About 10 years ago, regular nose filler would disappear quickly, so while looking for a semi-permanent filler, I went to the most famous plastic surgery clinic in Busan at the time. During the consultation, they said there was a cost-effective option among semi-permanent fillers and recommended a semi-permanent filler called PerForm. They said it lasted more than 5 years. After getting it the first time and then getting a retouch a few days later, my nose looked somewhat more refined and higher, so I was satisfied. But after about 1-2 years, it started to get a bit lower. Still, I lived without any major discomfort. Around 5 years later, my nose had mostly sunken back down, but the problem was that I could feel something like a lump around the glabella area? Semi-permanent filler really does not go away for life. It has been 10 years, but I can still feel the filler in my nose. Other than occasionally getting a large pimple on my nose, I do not really have side effects, but I am debating whether I should have it removed. Anyone considering semi-permanent filler should do it knowing that it does not go away for life.
