I had a revision eye consultation with Director Chun, and the director examined me carefully and answered really kindly. I think the more questions you prepare and bring, the better. From the parts he noticed first, I felt that he was meticulous. But the consultation manager ㅎㅎ I think they need to change her. Before explaining the estimate, she didn’t say anything, didn’t bring anything up first, just stared blankly while silence flowed (I wondered what she wanted me to do), and when explaining the price, she stammered so much that I wondered if she was just negotiating off the cuff herself (I was really flustered). The way she explained the price while going “um~...” really lowered my trust in the clinic. Did she not know the prices? She was writing them down while hesitating ... It was really baffling; (She suddenly explained that some items excluded VAT, and even that was because I asked ㅇㅇ) I didn’t show it, but I’m someone who has gone around to a lot of places for consultations... From her tone of voice, she made it very obvious that she was annoyed, and she kept trying to lecture me, so I felt very unpleasant. I hope she fixes that annoyed, dismissive-sounding tone~ I’ll say it again, the doctor’s consultation was really helpful. Thank you for speaking honestly.
