Plastic surgery directors, you are people who have learned as much as there is to learn, so why are you all like this? Just building up academic learning and knowledge is not everything. Do you have no morality? The era when plastic surgery simply created beauty has passed. Now it is an era of drawing the future on the blank canvas of a person's life. I mean, these days people do not have surgery simply to become a little prettier. But you toy with patients... A patient can become depressed from a single word from the director, and can feel as if their life has been ruined. Why are you all so ungenerous about revision surgery? Is it because of that petty pride you talk about? If so, as long as plastic surgery directors in Korea still have not let go of that damn pride, there will always be people wounded by surgery. And at the same time, plastic surgery clinics will keep making money. What exactly do you mean by the aftercare you talk about? During consultation, you seemed very open about aftercare or revision surgery, but how are patients supposed to handle your attitude completely changing after surgery? Just because you operated on 100 people and 99 were satisfied, that does not mean the one person is strange. You think it just looks like someone nitpicking for no reason? Who, unless they were addicted to surgery, would want to treat their own body carelessly? In the end, they must have made a difficult decision because they really felt the result was not right. Not every patient can be satisfied with your surgery. Shouldn't you also take in the dissatisfied patient under your care? Because I was not satisfied with your work, you yelled at me, treated me like a strange person, and even asked whether the people around me were in their right mind. I now know very well what level your character is. People's eyes are mostly similar. We can at least distinguish beauty from ugliness. If all the friends around me saw my appearance and said it was not good, doesn't that mean there is really a problem? When I relayed those words, instead of listening to and trying to understand the patient's distress even once, you even judged and crushed the people around me that way, and that truly makes me angry. In the moment, I was flustered too and turned away without being able to say a word, but next week on a weekday I want to go there right away, spit out everything I could not say, and come back. What are we to you directors? Yes, customers. Customers who pay money and buy beauty. But.. you took all the money, so why are you not giving beauty? As the person who paid money, am I not allowed to express that much of an opinion? Did you do the surgery for free? Are you making art? If you were paid and performed surgery, shouldn't the aftercare you constantly talked about be included? Even if you buy a pair of shoes worth 100,000 won, they provide lifelong A/S until you throw them away. You took several million won from us, so why is your aftercare like that? Yes, of course, if possible it is probably best not to touch anything. But on the other hand, you have seen people who were satisfied after having nose surgery 5 or 6 times, right? I will think that I was unlucky and chose the wrong clinic. And as you said, I will just live with it. I will live like this, and after time passes I will have revision surgery at a good clinic. I do not want to beg for revision surgery because it is so unpleasant and disgusting. And do not yell at patients. It feels really awful. For you, it ends with your pride being hurt. You sleep and forget it, that's all. But for us, life ends. It is not something we forget after sleeping. Would you have done that if it were your daughter? You say you think of patients like family, but your eyes look at us only commercially. Do you think we are fools? We know everything. We know, but we pretend not to and leave with our mouths shut. Why? Because it is unpleasant, disgusting, and humiliating, and we do not want to beg. I will think of that money as a donation. Please try living well with your stomach full somewhere.
