3 years ago, I had 3 mm silicone and the septal cartilage tied, anyway, I had it done, but my nasal septum became deviated.... It's hard and uncomfortable, but they say they'll leave part of the septal cartilage in. They said they would add it on? They said they'll reuse it... to lower it. They said they won't remove everything.. Except for the support strut, if everything is completely removed, what will the shape be like? The doctor isn't telling me that part.... I asked if it would turn up, and they said no, and that people like that are rare..... I'm worried... If they manipulate the cartilage inside again, it seems like it will be hard and I won't be able to make a pig nose either.............
