Compared with other nearby clinics, the staff are noticeably kinder. I paid an extra fee and had a consultation with the director, and he was kind. I liked that it felt like he was very good at reading a person's face. However, he said that even things other clinics said would not be possible were mostly possible, and I did feel uneasy because he recommended one or two other surgeries besides the double eyelid surgery I wanted. Still, the price itself was so reasonable that it didn't feel like they were trying hard to rip me off... The surgeries that came up were ultimately all things my eyes actually needed (I just didn't particularly want them), so their expertise didn't seem lacking.
