I had nasal septal cartilage and silicone rhinoplasty here in 2017, and I’m still doing well now. They spoke to me pretty honestly, saying that if I raised it too high, there would be a high chance of the silicone showing through. So I corrected the bridge a little and the nasal tip with septal cartilage, and it has been 8 years, but I’m doing well.
