The clinic said eating a lot of protein helps the fat last longer, so I’m eating tofu too lolol The photos on top are before surgery, and the ones below are 3 weeks after!! lol Oh, and I didn’t do my forehead; I only did the front cheek area! I did it as a heart line hehe And last time at the clinic, there was also a member who recognized me and talked to me when I went for my follow-up.
