I was looking through an app in a hurry and it seemed okay, so I made a same-day appointment and got a consultation. There was a bit of waiting, but for a same-day appointment, I got in pretty quickly, and it was the only clinic where I consulted with the director first. Since I have some nasal bridge height, he said he would use the lowest possible silicone and use septal cartilage. He said he would use septal cartilage, and if it was insufficient, he would use autologous costal cartilage, but that could add extra cost. I’m considering it because the director’s experience and the consultant’s counseling felt professional.
