My eyes were originally sunken, with multiple creases on the upper eyelids, and the hollowing was severe, so I had incisional double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction, along with upper eyelid fat grafting, under-eye fat grafting, and under-eye fat repositioning. It’s almost week 3 now! The under-eye area wasn’t a huge concern, but they said it was nano-fat micro fat grafting, so it wouldn’t be excessive, and that’s why I did it. The hollowing of my upper eyelids was originally severe, so I also had fat grafting to the upper eyelids.. Now that the swelling is going down, it looks much better than before surgery, opening my eyes feels easier, and it’s not too much, so I do like it. But compared with right after surgery, now that the swelling has gone down, it looks a little sunken againㅠ I’m debating whether or not I should do a second round of fat grafting under and above the eyesㅠ!! I heard eye fat grafting isn’t a surgery you should do carelessly, so I was a bit worried, but based on the results so far, for sunken eyes like mine, if it’s done well and in moderation, I really think it’s a pretty good surgery!!!!
