(Photos removed) Hump osteotomy + nasal tip septal cartilage + deviated septum ...

The top is 4 days after surgery, and the bottom is before surgery. My deviated septum was extremely severe, so I originally couldn't breathe through my nose and had been living with a lot of trouble, and this time I ended up having surgery. As you can see, I had a very severe hump nose. When I first spoke to the doctor about this surgery, I said I wanted to raise the nasal bridge and lift the nasal tip to make a straight nose, and also sharpen the blunt nasal tip. I had the surgery under local anesthesia, and while talking, I thought a natural look would be better, and since I'm a man, why use an implant... Since I said that, the doctor performed as much osteotomy as possible while making sure the nasal dorsum did not become too low, and we just did not do the nasal bridge. So as you can see, there is still a slight hump left, but since I originally had a hump nose, becoming a straight nose would feel more awkward^^;;; I think it's actually better that it was corrected into a nose that keeps my original image while only having a very slight trace of what was severe. Also, the nasal tip was blunt and drooping, so I had planned to raise it and reduce it, but I was afraid my image would change, so I just did not reduce it. They say if the nasal tip is lifted a lot, the nose can look slightly sharper... So I left it as untouched as possible. But for now, I'm satisfied with the result. Rather than hoping for a pretty nose, I wanted to have a normal nose... Sometimes I do think maybe I should have just put silicone in, but is my nasal bridge okay at this level?? Oh, and the clinic says they'll inject nasal bridge filler for free. What do you think...
