It wasn’t an issue like contracture or side effects, but it was sooo~~ far from the nose look I wanted... my bulbous nose was still the same... and I was so stressed because people said my nose looked bigger even though I’d had surgery; And usually, when plastic surgery goes wrong, you know it better than the people around you, right? But because you spent money on it, it’s harder to admit it. I just accepted it quickly, and since I couldn’t live with this nose, I hurried and looked into revision surgery. Since I knew I wouldn’t be satisfied even if I had it done naturally, I definitely looked for places that were good at doing a semi-natural/semi-dramatic or glamorous style. But places that made the nose too pointy or;; shaped it too excessively weren’t my style, so even after going to consultations, I couldn’t easily make a reservation. After going to several places, I kind of got a feel for it, like, ah, this is exactly the kind of nose I want...?? Once I realized what I wanted was a semi-natural/semi-dramatic straight-with-slight-curve line without a bulbous nose, among the places I visited in person, Director Kim Jun-hyung understood and explained things the best even when I explained it terribly, so I ended up getting surgery there!! This time, we didn’t use septal cartilage, and only used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip~ There were a lot of costal cartilage reviews here too, and I liked it even more because the director didn’t force me to use only one material. After getting the revision, what I feel is that it may not be the case for everyone, but after building up the nasal tip with costal cartilage, I definitely worry less about it dropping, and I feel like it’s changing into the nose shape I wanted, so I’m satisfied.... For my first surgery, I didn’t use costal cartilage because I was worried about the cost, but if it was going to be like this, I should’ve just used rib cartilage; or I should’ve gone to a place like Marble that was good from the beginning..... I wasted the money from my first surgery, but the revision was successful, so I want to keep this nose for life......
