I had nose surgery before, and my nasal tip has drooped. At the time, they used some material like artificial cartilage mesh? Lately I’ve kept feeling anxious about it, so I’m finally going to get revision surgery! I researched so many places online, then narrowed them down and visited 3 clinics! 1. ㅍㄴㅅ Plastic Surgery - Director ㅇㅎㅅ The waiting room had private single-person sofas, and before the consultation they took photos and a CT scan. They also took an X-ray to check for calcification in my autologous costal cartilage. The director explained the surgical method from the beginning and was very detailed and kind. I was satisfied with the consultation, but they Photoshopped my photo while saying this is how it would look, and seeing my nose in the Photoshop actually made me feel like it didn’t look that good, so I felt unsureㅠㅠ Also, donor rib cartilage was much more expensiveㅠㅠ 2. ㅂㅇㅁ Plastic Surgery - Director ㄱㅁㄱ (solo practice) An acquaintance had recommended him before when he was at another hospital, and I heard he opened his own clinic this time, so I looked at his Instagram. All the photos were my style. His aesthetic sense seemed good..!! But maybe because it hasn’t been long since he opened, there aren’t many reviews, so I’m worriedㅠㅠ Still, since my acquaintance had surgery with him, I also wonder if it might be okay,, The consultation was the most detailed and really resonated with me out of all the places I’ve been to so far. He said both materials are possible, so I think I can decide based on what I want. 3. ㅁㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery - Director ㅇㅇㅌ I put this place on my list because the lines looked beautifully elegant on apps and in reviews. They also took photos before the consultation here. But the director’s consultation was so concise and short that it was disappointing.. If I hadn’t gone to consultations at other hospitals, I might have thought that was just normalㅠㅠ It actually felt like the consultation with the manager was more the main part? As for the material, they seemed to push donor rib cartilage a lot. There was a consultation fee here! Right now I’m deciding between ㅍㄴㅅ and ㅂㅇㅁ. If you were me, where would you do it? Or should I go to more consultations?ㅠㅠ
Clinics mentioned
하나원원 Whoa, your list is similar to mine. I’m looking at ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅇㅇ, and ㅂㅇㅁ, but with your list, I’d probably do it at ㅂㅇㅁ.
르미맘 [@하나원원] Out of those three, is there any place you like?
머루머르 How long has it been since your first surgery that you’re getting a revision? Mine was my first surgery, and I did it with the director from number 3. He spent a long time on the consultation and seemed okay, so I went with him.. Since yours is a revision and it’s not urgent, wouldn’t it be better to visit more places?
고민되 How did it go?? Where did you decide on?
메뇽 Did you decide where to go?!

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
