Should I get posterior canthoplasty restoration or not?

My posterior canthoplasty is D-shaped, and the area right in front of the posterior canthoplasty bulges up, so my eye shape looks strange. It’s been about 10 years since surgery, and it’s clearly visible in photos. But people I meet don’t know unless I tell them. Usually people don’t stare closely at other people’s faces. There are no functional problems, and only the shape is strange, but restoring about 70% of the shape costs over 3 million won. They say revision surgery also has side effects. If I get revision surgery and it succeeds, that’s good, but I’m worried that side effects might leave scars or make my eyes look even stranger. The only surgery I’ve had is posterior canthoplasty, but that exactly caused side effects, so it does stress me out. Because of various reasons like this, I’m debating whether to do it or not. Should I do it, or should I try to endure it a bit?
