I had rhinoplasty a few years ago, and at the time I thought a more obvious look might be pretty, so I had my nose done a bit excessively with an implant. But I developed an inflammatory reaction in my nose and things went wrong, so I had to look into revision rhinoplastyㅜ This time, I was okay with looking completely natural, so I wanted to lower the height and make it look as natural as possible. When I searched because I had inflammation in my nose, I saw some bad reviews too, so more than the shape, I think what I desperately wanted most was just to return to a normal nose againㅜㅜ With that desperate feeling, I researched so many hospitals, and I saw that many people with cases like mine or failed noses went to this clinic for revision surgery. So at that clinic, I removed all the existing implants in my nose and had the whole nose revised with autologous costal cartilage. One reason I decided to have surgery there was that there don’t seem to be many places that operate on the whole nose using autologous costal cartilage like this. But in my case, I had side effects because of the implant, so I thought this method would be the best too. And now it has been 3 months, and since the revision rhinoplasty went well, these days I feel more at ease, and thankfully the shape came out naturally too. The side effects I had because of the implant have also improved, so I’m really so relievedㅎ
