I am exactly satisfied with the current height. For the nasal tip, I had surgery with ear cartilage through a columellar incision. So if you look at the photos, they were taken not long after surgery, so the columellar incision area is a little visible even from the side view. Several months after surgery, I asked the hospital for photos to use elsewhere and received the photos taken at the hospital, so I am posting a review.
