Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

Almost 3 months after cheekbone reduction and chin advancement!!

My cheekbones were so large that they stood out so much you could only see my cheekbones when looking at my face, and I didn’t have a square jaw and my face was slim, but I had a very recessed chin. I had always worried a lot about my face shape, so I decided to have surgery and looked at a huge number of facial contouring reviews. Honestly, I was scared of side effects and worried whether it would turn out well. Still, I thought it might be much better than now, so I went diligently to consultations and had surgery with Dr. Jung Jae-young ㅜ

I had a rough idea of the difficult parts after surgery before getting it done, but when I actually faced them, it was so hard and exhausting ㅜㅜ Maybe because of the general anesthesia, my throat hurt a lot and my voice barely came out. I couldn’t open my mouth, and I had no appetite, so for a week I couldn’t really eat properly... Still, I kept eating as much as I could, thinking I’d recover faster if I ate.

They say swelling tends to move downward, and maybe because of that, even my cheeks swelled and the swelling moved down like a double chin. Since I also had deep cheek fat removal, I think that may have made the cheek swelling look a bit worse. I didn’t separately take any medicine to reduce swelling; I just did warm/cold compresses and walked often as the clinic instructed. Moving around often while getting fresh air definitely made the swelling look different morning and evening, to the point I could notice it. Time really is medicine, and now that it’s almost 3 months, my face has become much slimmer overall.

One reason I chose this place was that the before-and-after effect was really big. I liked that it wasn’t simply the bone size getting smaller, but the facial line itself becoming naturally prettier. When I was looking into it, I heard he had about 30 years of experience just in facial contouring, and that he was very good at reducing cheekbones with posterior cheekbone surgery. When I went in person and confirmed it, I understood why he’s famous for facial contouring..

After surgery, the 45-degree angle and side areas went in a lot, and my chin tip was advanced 5 mm. I’m satisfied with both the front and side views. Between cheekbone surgery and chin advancement, the chin tip was the one where the pain bothered me a bit more, but it’s much better now. I can also feel sensation gradually coming back. Of course I wanted safety, but I also wanted a place that would take good care of me before and after surgery, and they’re being meticulous with aftercare too, so I feel I made a good choice.

Oh, and it’s a small happiness, but now whether my hair blows around in the wind~ or I tie it up~ I’m happy because I don’t shrink back because of my face shape anymore... ㅠㅠㅠ I’m also eating well without any problems!

For reference, I had temple reduction at the same time, and maybe because of that, the empty space on my face looks narrower.
