I went for a consultation They said my nasal bones are on the wide side, so osteotomy is necessary I need to have the hump treated After taking a CT scan, it doesn't show much on the outside, but the inside of my nasal septum is severely deviated, so it needs to be reinforced with donated costal cartilage (1.2 million won), and silicone has to be placed in the nasal bridge (they said it can't be left out) My skin is on the thick side, so I need bulbous nose correction (nasal tip cartilage tying), the nasal tip will be done with ear cartilage, and I don't need nostril/base reduction The final estimate is 3.59 million won They said they'd take off 200,000 won if I do it as a model, with blurring and only my nose shown
고란 I think it is on the expensive side. I recommend raising it moderately.
팽도리도리 First, you need to get consultations at more than one place, and also check whether it could look more deviated in relation to your facial axis. When the nose gets higher, asymmetry that wasn't visible before can become noticeable.
사산다다 [@팽도리도리] Thanks thanks I looked it up and apparently deviated nasal septum can be covered by insurance, so I think it'd be better to look again.
팽도리도리 [@사산다다] You'll probably need the disease code given by an ENT clinic. Even so, there are quite a few people who still can't get reimbursed. It would be best if it turns out well cosmetically, but you should also roughly keep in mind that you may not get exactly the result you want, yeah.
아신즈 Which hospital did you finally decide to do it at??

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
